For some Lovatics, having the chance to be Demi Lovato's sister for just one day could cause a "Heart Attack." But for Madison De La Garza, it's her reality 24-7.

The 13-year-old beauty appears in the September issue of Seventeen magazine where she happily dishes about life with a famous sibling. Despite busy schedules, the twosome can't help but always stay in contact.

"I think when people say they wish Demi Lovato was their sister, they don't realize how hard it is to be related to someone who's constantly away on tour," she admitted in the publication. "But she's good at making time for me. We text constantly."

When the pair is together and away from sold-out concert venues, Demi and Madison are just your typical girls who enjoy the things most siblings love.

"When Demi is home, our relationship is just like any sisters'," she admitted. "We get fro-yo and watch the ID channel—we're obsessed—and we talk about anything and everything. I know I can trust her with it all."

Some of those talks also get real deep real quick. Last year, Madison posted a Vine on Twitter that showed her cooking with Demi. Some on social media began to make fun of the 13-year-old's appearance saying she "had a hunchback" in the video.

But as soon as Demi heard about the bullying, she stepped in to help.

"Demi freaked and direct-messaged people to yell at them, and she tweeted to stand up for me," she told the magazine. "She's strong and she's a free spirit, and that's what I love about her."

If you ask Demi, the "Cool for the Summer" crooner thinks she did what any good sister would have done.

"I tell Madison to call me as much as possible. I want her to come to me with things," she shared with Seventeen. "I just let her know that I'm always there for her, whether I'm on the other side of the world or I'm next door."
