TwitterSarah Michelle Gellar has officially passed the torch on to the next generation of vampire slayers.
Her next Buffy protégé? Naturally, Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze Jr.'s 5-year-old daughter Charlotte Grace. The doting dad recently shared photos on Twitter of the adorable little one showing off her crime fighting skills, and it's safe to say Charlotte inherited some (or all) of her mom's feisty attitude.
"she controls the arm and executes the trap and roll," Prinze Jr. wrote, adding the hashtags #TuffChix and #BullyProof. In one pic, the 39-year-old actor appears to have the upper hand in the martial arts match, but it isn't long before Charlotte takes back the reins and ends up on top.
Gellar even retweeted the awesome mini-me moment, writing "#FutureSlayer?"
Unfortunately for Buffy fanatics, this might be as close as anyone gets to a role reprisal for Gellar. Back in March, the 38-year-old mom of two told E! News there won't ever be a reboot.
"We have [reunions] all the time; they're just not televised," she shared. "I joke at this point that I'd have to have a walker and my walker would be made of wood, and that would be how I stake people. I think at this point, I'm a little old."
For now, Gellar is focusing on her role as spokesperson for No Kid Hungry and raising charitable children at the same time.
"I didn't have much growing up and so I'm in a fortunate position where I can provide my daughter with dolls or toys," Gellar said. "But to see her really wanna give back for those other children is the best gift as a mom that I could ever receive."
