Summer, we love you, but we are so ready for fall...because our favorite dramas will finally come back into our lives!

Showtime just set premiere dates for Homeland and The Affair, and the network is already staking its claim on Sunday nights.

Both of the dramas will return for new seasons on Sunday, Oct. 4. Homeland is returning for its fifth season, while The Affair will premiere its second season.

As if that wasn't enough good news for one day, Showtime also released the official Homeland season five poster.

Season five will pick up two years after Carrie Mathison's (Claire Danes) ill-fated tenure as Islamabad station chief. Struggling to reconcile her guilt and disillusionment with years of working on the front lines in the "war on terror," Carrie finds herself in a self-imposed exile in Berlin, estranged from the CIA and working as the head of security for a German philanthropist.

Meanwhile, The Affair is expanding on what made it critically-acclaimed in its debut season, exploring the emotional and psychological effects of an affair that destroyed two marriages. Instead of just focusing on Noah (Dominic West) and Alison's (Ruth Wilson) perspectives, season two will be told from four different perspectives, including their exes Helen (Maura Tierney) and Cole (Joshua Jackson).
