The 45-year-old Arrested Development star and his girlfriend Arielle Vandenberg have broken up, E! News confirms. The split comes almost six months after the actor and the 28-year-old blond beauty started dating.
"They're still friendly," a source told Us Weekly, which was first with the breakup news. "It was never really serious."
Arnett and Vandenberg, who's appeared in TV shows like Greek and Meet the Browns, made their red carpet debut as a couple back in January at the Weinstein Company and Netflix Golden Globes After Party in Beverly Hills.
The lovebirds got their PDA on while posing for pics on the red carpet together.
Prior to Vandenberg, Arnett was linked to producer Erin David.
Arnett filed for divorce from ex-wife Amy Poehler back in April 2014, about a year and a half after the longtime couple first announced their separation. Arnett and Poehler were married for nearly 10 years and have two children together, Archie and Abel.
Poehler opened up about their divorce last year in her memoir, writing, "When you are a person going through a divorce you feel incredibly alone, yet you are constantly reminded by society of how frequently divorce happens and how common it has become. You aren't allowed to feel special, but no one knows the specific ways you are in pain."
