The 36-year-old took to Instagram Sunday afternoon to post the latest throwback pic from his South American honeymoon with the stunning Nikki Reed.

It's true that we love the deep and sensitive types, but we love them even more when they're shirtless and sipping a glass of red wine in a Costa Rican paradise.
Somerhalder married the Twilight actress on Apr. 26 in a breathtaking ceremony in Santa Monica, Calif. before shortly embarking on a honeymoon journey through Mexico, Brazil and Costa Rica.
The couple has not been shy to share their wedded bliss, with Reed captioning a loving Instagram, "Salty...sandy...sticky...sunburned. The best. I love this human. My human."
Back in January, E! News exclusively broke the news that Reed and Somerhalder were engaged. At the time, a source said that Somerhalder told the 26-year-old he had "been in love with [her] for years," long before they took their friendship to the next level. "They're so happy," the source told E! News. "They were crazy happy from the start. Their families love each other. It just feels really right." Ugh, perfection.
