All hail Tom Hardy.

By now word of the amazing Mad Max: Fury Road has spread far and wide. Critics and audiences alike have been raving over the flick, using phrases like "breathtaking" and "worth the wait."

Also grabbing attention is the flick's feminist tone. When you make a movie that takes place in a post-apocalyptic desert war zone, that is also basically a two-hour long chase scene in which bad guys are pursuing a group of women that are supposed to be forced to be their wives (one of whom is played by a supermodel), it's not hard to assume there will be some face-palm-inducing gender roles.

But pretty much the opposite is true with Mad Max—strong female characters abound, and there's all sorts of lady ass-kicking going on (here's looking at you, Charlize Theron!). It's so much so that The New Yorker called it a "testament to female resilience," mentioning that The Wives were coached by the author of The Vagina Monologues in preparation. Not too shabby, indeed.

So it's no surprise that memes started popping up on the interwebs in homage to Max's feminist themes. And today we found the best one of all: The Tumblr page Feminist Mad Max. It's a collection of memes modeled off the now-legendary Feminist Ryan Gosling that will make you 1) Fall even more in love with Fury Road and 2) Want to marry Tom Hardy. His beautiful face looks even better when it's superimposed over pro-woman lines.

Lines like "Hey girl, I'll be your wingman any day." And "Hey girl, it's not possible to survive alone out here. Thanks for rescuing me." And let's not forget "Hey girl, you can use my shoulder as a rifle stand, as you're the better shot of the two of us."

Swoon.
