Brangelina may be leaving the Big Easy, but Beyoncé and Jay Z are moving in!

The power couple are the proud owners of a historic pad in New Orleans' posh Garden District, as first reported by Zillow. Named La Casa de Castile, the $2.6 million Spanish Baroque home first housed the Westminster Presbyterian Church and later served as a ballet studio. The 1925-built mansion boasts 13,292 square feet, 26-foot high ceilings and three separate apartments.

The lux NoLa pad features a sophisticated open-concept design and stunning hardwood floors throughout. As for the master suite—aka home base for the hip hop royal couple—the enormous space is outfitted with rich red details, chandeliers and an antique claw-foot bathtub. The three-story space also includes seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms amongst its 22 rooms total. And let's not forget that breathtaking rooftop deck—the largest residential green roof in the city of New Orleans—with commanding views of the Crescent City.

Being in the Garden District, Bey, Jay and little Blue Ivy will have prime access to New Orleans' most popular areas, not to mention a great hangout location for Mardi Gras. What's more, the home is near Solange Knowles' own homestead in the city and her French Quarter boutique, Exodus Goods. Perhaps some quality family time will be in order!

While New Orleans may be swapping one hot Hollywood couple for the next, clearly there's no star power lost. Are you sure you don't want to stick around, Brangelina?
