Recently, the 38-year-old actress was featured on the latest issue of Health magazine where she showed off her toned abs and tiny waist in a "sweaterkini" shot.

"Right now, I'm chasing Jack all day long. As he gets older, I'm sure I'll find it trickier to keep the weight off because we'll start to sit down for meals," she revealed to the magazine.
And it looks like all that chasing is really paying off!
This isn't the first time the adorable family trio has vacationed in the Aloha State. Just this past Thanksgiving, the family enjoyed a "Thanksgiving throwdown" in Hawaii surrounded by family members, and the blond bombshell made sure to include fans in on their family conversations by live-tweeting it!
