Nobody does April Fools' Day better than your favorite daytime hosts. Need proof? Oh, we've got plenty of examples from this morning alone.

Mark Consuelos played co-host to Kelly Ripa Wednesday on Live! With Kelly and Michael where the conversation quickly turned to babies. After the pair read an article claiming they were expecting their fourth child together, the audience immediately began to clap thinking it was a confirmation.

But wait, hold the applause. It's not true, people!

"Time out," Ripa explained while laughing and clarifying that it's just a joke. "I'm not saying we're not trying. We're always trying. We tried just this morning."

But seriously guys, no baby bumps anytime soon.

Not to be outdone, the Today show crew didn't disappoint when it came to pulling off some impressive pranks.

After pulling off a makeup-free show, we thought Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb had done it all at 10 a.m. But then, they decided to switch things up.

"We wanted to bring you a really special show," Gifford explained. "There's only one way…We are baring it all. Our special clothing-free show." Don't worry, y'all. They ended up wearing dresses after the skit.

In comparison, things got down right spooky in the third hour when Natalie Morales, Tamron Hall and Willie Geist thought they were participating in an ordinary food segment.

But when revealing fudge brownies underneath a covered tray, Al Roker scared the you-know-what out of his co-hosts when professional prankster Rich Ferguson popped up instead.

"Why would you do that?" Hall explained after screaming. "Why would you do that to us?" Morales added, "You're not allowed on the show anymore. We're done."

You guys may be finished, but daytime's TV's finest are just getting started.

Whether Good Morning America's Rob Marciano is getting snowed in inside a studio or the ladies of The Real are opening up about their past pranks, nobody is safe on the small screen today.
