Think your schedule is jam-packed? You should sneak a peek at Karlie Kloss' day planner!

The 22-year-old is without a doubt one of the busiest women in the fashion world. She may not be the highest paid supermodel—that title still belongs to Gisele Bündchen—but she's well on her way after landing gigs with L'Oréal Paris, Kate Spade New York, Marc Jacobs, Joe Fresh and Jason Wu. And that's just for Spring 2015!

And, you may have noticed, when she's not shooting campaigns she's dominating runways. The former Victoria's Secret Angel walked in 13 fall-winter 2015 fashion shows, all around the world. Impressed? You should be.

But striking a pose and strutting aren't her only talents. Kloss also started a line of baked goods (all proceeds go to charity), ran a half marathon in Paris last month and become a student at New York University recently.

So when the offer to sit down with the 6'1'' beauty came around, we jumped at the chance. Literally we jumped because who knows the next time she'll have free time to chat. Plus, there's a reason Karlie has so many BFFs (yes, including Taylor Swift): she gives a good tête-à-tête.

You travel a lot (like, a lot, a lot) do you have any beauty tricks for long plane rides?
I love using a deep hair treatment for long, overnight plane rides. L'Oréal Paris Advanced Haircare Power Moisture Rush Mask is amazing. When I eventually arrive at the hotel, I rinse it out and I'm good to go!  When I travel for shoots and Fashion Week, there is usually a lot of styling going on, so I like to treat my hair well when I can.

What's your favorite method for keeping in touch with your friends? Text, email, FaceTime, a good old fashion phone call?
All of the above.  I also use Instagram to keep in touch. It's cool to be in Paris for fashion week and get to see what my sister is up to in San Francisco.

Speaking of Paris Fashion Week, you were just there with Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid. Being that you're a veteran in the supermodel game, have you given them any career advice?
I don't think these two need my advice. They're both killing it right now!

What were a few of your Fashion Week highlights?
Tom Ford's show in LA was a highlight this year. His collection was effortless and elegant—a true embodiment of fashion, film and art. It was refreshing to spend a weekend during fashion season in California celebrating his amazing work with friends from both Hollywood and the fashion world. Watching Oscar [de la Renta]'s show was also a highlight. It was emotional but amazing to see his legacy and brilliance continue on.

In your opinion, what's the weirdest fashion trend happening right now?
Not sure about weird, but the multiple brow piercing look from the spring 2015 runways definitely caught my eye.  It looks awesome but don't think I could pull it off.

Who was the most surprising person you've ever meet at fashion week?
Derek Zoolander!

You and BFF Taylor Swift have famously shared a runway (Victoria's Secret) and a major magazine cover (Vogue)—do you also share wardrobes?
Who doesn't share with her friends? That's what friends are for!

Ain't that the truth! OK, well, what spring fashion trends are you excited about?
I love that the 70s are back—it was such a cool time in fashion history with fringes, textures, patterns and flares. My mom's handed down lots of beautiful bags and jewelry from the 70s—they're some of my favorite pieces!

Vogue famously crowned your bob "the haircut of the year" in 2012—do you think you'll ever go back to the shorter style?
It was so crazy to see how much buzz my haircut got! I chopped my hair short for a Vogue shoot right before the Victoria's Secret show. At the time, I was ready for a new look (even though I could not have been more nervous while I was getting the haircut). I loved the look and could definitely see myself trying it out again!

Would you ever try a pixie cut? Have you ever had one?
Until my bob, I played it pretty safe with my hair. Not sure if I would get a pixie cut but I'm definitely not opposed. Never say never, right?!

Be honest: Who gives you serious hair envy?
I thought Jennifer Lawrence looked amazing when she cut her hair short. I'm always envious when anyone tries out a new hair style!

What was the last big purchase you made for yourself?
My home in NYC! I love being able to come back from traveling and truly feel like New York is my home.

Today you're launching the #Poweron campaign with L'Oréal Paris—inspiring women to make every day a good hair day—but judging by your Instagram, every day seems like a power day for you. What was one of your favorite power days in recent memory?
A power day for me is any day where I'm able to help someone else out. No matter how small or big, it's incredibly empowering to do something to help out a friend, family member or stranger. Last year, I worked with Make-A-Wish to grant a very special moment to a very inspiring teenage girl. We spent the day together granting her wish to be a model and do a day-long photo-shoot. Meeting her and helping make that special experience happen made for the ultimate power day.

What types of things set you up for power days?
I always start the day with a workout. It helps me feel strong and ready to go. I then shower after my workout and love using L'Oreal Paris Advanced Haircare Volume Filler. It gives me a ton of body and shine and I can just shower and be off to do my day. A great hair day makes you feel confident. This is a big part of L'Oréal Paris' new #POWERON campaign. The idea that when a woman's hair is ON, she's ON! A healthy breakfast is hugely important too. I'm a big fan of having egg whites and avocado toast after my workout to fuel up. Maybe a Karlie's Kookies too.

Ok, last question: What lipstick makes you feel most confident?
L'Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Last Lipcolor in Coral Constant for everyday use. L'Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Last Lipcolor in Red Infallible when I'm looking to amp up my look.
