Keira Knightley might be closing in on Kate Middleton in the recycled designer dresses race: The star donned a short-sleeve lace and floral Michael van der Ham frock for a pre-BAFTA reception at the ME Hotel in London on Feb. 5 and, just 12 days later, sported the same look while heading out to lunch with hubby (and proud papa-to-be) James Righton. For the red carpet event, Keira paired her look with silver Tabitha Simmons pumps and a sexy smoky eye, while the lunch outing featured a more casual rendition—metallic sandals, sunnies and a slightly bedhead bun.
Keira's recycled designer duds before, most memorably when she wore a short white Chanel frock to her wedding in 2013 that she had first sported in 2008 (the wedding look called for a custom Chanel jacket, of course). She later wore the party frock-gone-bridal dress—again!—for an event later that year in London.
"Karl [Lagerfeld] very kindly designed me a jacket to go with it. I'd worn the dress lots. It was my something old. And I liked not making a big deal about it. I just wanted to be in something I had had a great time in, something I would have a great time in again," Knightley told The Independent of the white dress three-peat.
Keep on keeping it real, Keira—we're impressed.
