Bobby Brown's attorney basically just said that if a member of the family is liberally talking to the media about Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition...

Don't pay any attention to that person.

Since Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized on Jan. 31 after being found facedown in a bathtub full of water at her Roswell, Ga., home, there have indeed been all sorts of conflicting reports about her progress or lack thereof, with some claiming to be in the know saying she was showing improvement, while others said that the doctors were not optimistic.

"At this time it is requested that the media cease speaking with unauthorized members of the family," Brown's attorney Christopher Brown (no relation) said in a statement obtained Friday by E! News in which he noted the ongoing criminal investigation into what happened to Bobbi Kristina. "The integrity of the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina must remain uncompromised.  Various members of the family have provided media interviews, however, none of them are approved visitors to see Bobbi Kristina.

"None of them have firsthand knowledge of Bobbi Kristina's treatment and the medical staff at Emory University Hospital has not communicated with them."

Added Bobby Brown, "We continue to request privacy in this matter. We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina and God is hearing our prayers."

His 21-year-old daughter with late ex-wife Whitney Houston remains on life support.

Neither Brown nor any members of Houston's family attended a candlelight vigil that was held for Bobbi Kristina on Monday at the Riverdale Town Center Amphitheatre and open to the public.

Meanwhile, despite the "unauthorized" figures giving different versions of events regarding Bobbi Kristina's current condition, police records are now painting a a clearer picture of the days leading up to her hospitalization.

A security guard at the gated complex where Bobbi Kristina has shared a townhouse with boyfriend Nick Gordon called 911 on Jan. 23 to report that a neighbor had called in about a domestic dispute at Bobbi and Nick's address. Authorities have confirmed to E! News that the neighbor didn't call 911 personally, however, to follow up and when officers arrived at the scene no one was home and they saw no evidence of a disturbance; therefore, no report was ever filed.

On Jan. 27, four days before she was discovered unresponsive, she was behind the wheel of a Jeep Liberty when she lost control and hit an oncoming car, according to a police report. The other driver and a passenger in her car were treated for injuries.

While it has since been revoked due to her condition, a bench warrant was then put out for Bobbi Kristina's arrest on Jan. 28 after she missed a court date pertaining to a traffic violation from last September.
