Going to back to work after baby is just more glamorous for some.

Mila Kunis proved that tonight, looking positively stunning in a strapless black Dolce & Gabbana dress with a corset bodice and full skirt at the Los Angeles premiere of her new sci-fi-action film, Jupiter Ascending, which finally hits theaters this Friday after being delayed for months.

The retro-cut frock showed off her almost freakishly tiny waist (well, she does play an other-worldly being in the movie), barely four months after giving birth to daughter Wyatt, her first child withAshton Kutcher.

No sightings of Ashton yet on the carpet with her, he may be home babysitting after all, but we'll keep you posted.

Of course, while tonight will mark the start of the usual publicity whirlwind surrounding a big-budget release, Mila has certainly been visible since becoming a mom. She and Ashton have stepped out for date nights and low-key parties, including Wilmer Valderrama's recent birthday dinner, and she's been keeping fit with frequent walks around her neighborhood with Wyatt.

Mila also told Craig Ferguson during an appearance on the Late Late Show in December that breastfeeding was a "great workout," too.

"I was able to take time off work, which was nice. I went home! That is my version of time off," she talked about taking a timeout to be with her growing family. "I spent all my 20s traveling. It sounds crazy, but I did spend all my 20s traveling and it's the greatest experience ever. You get to see the world and you experience life and you meet people, but you don't have a home. When I decided to take time off, all I wanted to do was have the same bed to wake up in, a routine, a house—and it was great.

"I think it's a luxury to be able to do that," Mila added. "I am able to be a stay-at-home mom with my kid, and I do find that nowadays people can't do that. Everyone has to have a job and you have to have a two-person household. So, I was able to take time off and actually raise my child, which I consider a blessing."
