Best friends and co-stars are pregnant together? Oh, that is fabulous! Talk about friendship goals.
Haylie Duff, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Matt Rosenberg, this week debuted her largest baby bump yet, a month and a half after announcing her pregnancy. The 29-year-old actress also shared an adorable photo of herself with another expecting mom—BFF Beverley Mitchell, who co-starred with her on 7th Heaven and other projects.
The pic shows her and Mitchell, who is pregnant with her second baby, posing bump-to-bump and was posted on Haylie's Instagram page on Thursday, the latter star's 34th birthday.
"Happy birthday to one of my besties/sister @beverleymitchell the kindest friend, the best mother.." she said on Instagram. "Love you #PreggoTogether"
She also tweeted, alongside the same pic, "Happy bday to one of the greatest women I know! So happy 2 have u in my life for so many years & many more 2 come!
Also on Thursday, Haylie was photographed in Los Angeles, covering her baby bump with a black, loose-fitting shirt.
7th Heaven was one of the most popular family shows of all time and aired between 1996 and 2007. Haylie was a recurring guest star on the final two seasons. Her character, Sandy, becomes pregnant out of wedlock.
Mitchell was a main cast member. She played Lucy Camden, one of the children of a Christian minister, who becomes one herself. The actress' characters are friends and Haylie's becomes more religious and expresses interest in becoming a minister after the birth of her son.
Mitchell announced her current pregnancy in September. She is expecting a baby boy, her first, with husband Michael Cameron. The two are also parents to a daughter, Kenzie, who will turn 2 in March.
Haylie is expecting a baby girl and revealed her pregnancy in early December. She and her fiancé announced their engagement last April (See her gorgeous engagement ring!).
Haylie is also known for roles in the movie Napoleon Dynamite and the Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire, which starred her sister, Hilary Duff, 27, who is a mother to a son, Luca, who will 3 in March.
After 7th Heaven ended its run, Mitchell went on to star in ABC Family's The Secret Life of the American Teenager, playing a high school counselor during the last three of its six seasons, from 2011 to 2013. Haylie guest starred on the show, playing a lawyer, on a season 5 episode.
In 2012, the two co-starred in the horror movie Pennhurst, which also featured Guardians of the Galaxy and The Walking Dead star Michael Rooker, who directed the film.
Last year, the actresses reunited again, cooking up some tasty eats on an episode of the cooking show The Real Girl's Kitchen, which Haylie hosts.
