It's really hard to look at Jennifer Lopez and believe she's 45.

Not that 45 is that old, but Jenny From the Block hasn't aged one bit.

And she doesn't feel any differently either.

"I don't think about it much," Lopez tells me. "I feel super youthful. I don't know if it's because of my kids, my twins are 6, [but] it's like I'm reliving my youth with them. I don't know, but I absolutely don't think about it."

And she's not bothered that she's now playing the "older woman," as she does in The Boy Next Door.

J.Lo stars in the thriller (in theaters tomorrow) as a woman in a failing marriage who has sex with her 19-year-old neighbor (Ryan Guzman). Said neighbor goes completely psycho and terrorizes her at home and work.

"I feel like it was me playing a part, playing a woman, a grown woman," she said. "I am a grown woman, you know what I mean? And this guy just liked me and that was it."

Well, it was more than that. Their sex scene is off the charts. As I was the first to tell you, J.Lo didn't think about using a body double when it came to film the almost totally naked romp.

"It was all me," she said. "And all Ryan, by the way."

Not that she was totally comfortable thing to shoot. "It was intense," she said. "Those scenes are embarrassing. They are uncomfortable, but your job as an actress or an actor is to make it believable and this movie in particular…hinges on if that was believable, that it was enough to make this guy go insane."
