Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky might be a little to young to realize it, but she was born into quite the political dynasty.

But as mom Chelsea Clinton tells People, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton are every bit the typical doting grandparents, and they're eager to help out with 4-month-old Charlotte, too!

"We all kind of compete to see who's going to read her stories," says Chelsea, 34. And even though she personally didn't care for Hillary's singing voice when she was a little girl, Chelsea says she "love(s) watching her sing to Charlotte" now!

As for grandpa Bill? "He loves walking up and down the hallway with her (past our bookshelves) every time pointing out a different book to her and telling her that someday she'll be old enough to read that book herself," Chelsea says. "It's so sweet."

Aw! Clearly baby Charlotte has some loving grandparents, but is it possible that in 2016 she could have two presidential grandparents?! Chelsea plays coy on whether or not Hillary will soon be making a run for the White House. "No, I'm waiting too," she says. "It's really sweet how my mom is just so clearly happy being a grandma and I know she's going to be a great grandma, whatever other choices she makes in her life."

If the former secretary of state does run for president, there's a good chance Chelsea will help out with her campaign. She'll certainly have her hands full, too, given the fact that she recently went back to work as Vice Chair of the Clinton Foundation. But no matter what she's working on, raising daughter Charlotte will always be her top priority.

"I try really hard to be a good mommy," she tells People. "I think it's the most important job on the world."
