Miley Cyrus is only 22 years old, but she has a lot to say. The best way to get it all out there, apparently, is to participate in a rapid-fire game of 20 questions with Marie Claire, where she reveals her regrets, her passions and even what she is willing to pay for.

Growing up in the limelight, the "Adore You" singer revealed that having photos taken of her has let her revisit some of her outfit choices, which weren't always the best idea.

"I had some shady wardrobe choices when I was about 16 to 18," she tells the magazine in its February issue. "I wore this hippie outfit to Justin Bieber's Never Say Never premiere that I'm like, 'Girl, who told you—it was not Woodstock, it was a premiere.'"

Considering her outfits these days, we're surprised this is one of her biggest fashion regrets! It turns out, however, that she does support jeggings!

"They're the best invention!" she says. "Even though they have kind of ruined jeans."

Miley continues to be unapologetic about most things, and tells the magazine that she is honest about "everything."

"Too honest, I've been told," she adds.

Her honesty can sometimes get her into trouble with other people. Miley, being Miley, doesn't care. She tells Marie Claire that she would never hear people's opinions if she had the choice (or if it were even possible).

"It doesn't really count because it's always free, but: people's f--king opinions," she says.

Although she has staunch opinions herself regarding paparazzi and other naysayers, the "Party in the USA" crooner is also passionate about the causes she holds most dear to her heart, including homeless youth.

"So many people are comfortable ignoring them," she says. "I feel like I have to be a voice or no one else will say anything."

Miley actually took one to the MTV VMAs with her last year as her date and let him accept the Video of the Year award on her behalf.

Cyrus looked on teary eyed as her guest named Jesse, said, "1.6 million runaways and homeless youth in the United States who are starving and lost and scared for their lives," before he admitted to being one of them.

Miley is a heavily involved with myfriendsplace.org, an organization dedicated to helping the homeless build self-sufficient lives.
