Everything's coming up roses…at the Golden Globes!

Once again, celebrity florist Mark's Garden is providing all the arrangements at the 72nd annual awards show on Sunday (airing live on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT).

The table centerpieces will feature a rainbow of roses with names like Freedom, Wimbledon, Tycoon and Pink Floyd.

"This one is more different than ever before," Mark's Garden co-owner Mark Held told me this morning at the unveiling of the Globes' menu at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. "It's much more lively. We were kind of thinking that with the Golden Globes, you never know what's going to happen. It's not as scripted as some shows."

Mark's will use a total of—get ready for it—10,000 roses for the big night. They're currently en route from Ecuador. "The flowers arrive Friday morning and we work on them for two days straight and deliver them early on Sunday morning," Held said.

The evening's dinner will include a Waldorf salad, filet mignon and salmon. But the Hilton's executive chef, Troy N. Thompson, knows Hollywood could be quite particular.

"We have vegan [options]. We have gluten-free," he said. "If somebody doesn't want any fish, we can just do a meat. We have a lot of different plates going on."

A dessert trio from executive pastry checf Thomas Henzi consists of a lemon cheesecake, chocolate and salted caramel and a hazelnut dacquoise.

Also on display this morning were some of the 400 magnums of Moët & Chandon champagne that will be on each table. This is in addition to 1,500 Moët Impérial minis that will be passed out on the red carpet.

E!'s Golden Globes coverage starts on Jan. 11 at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT with Countdown to the Red Carpet, followed by Live From the Red Carpet at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT. E! Online will also livestream the red carpet starting at 5:55 p.m. ET / 2:55 p.m. PT.
