Watching Neil Patrick Harris host the 2015 Oscars is one of the top three New Year's resolutions...according to the actor.

The 41-year-old TV and Broadway star reveals this fun "fact" in a new, second promo video for the annual ceremony, which takes place on Feb. 22. The clip was posted on New Year's Eve.

The other two New Year's resolutions that he names, while strolling casually in a tuxedo among giant Oscar statuettes, are related to diet and fitness, although only one of them is included on the U.S. government's official list of 13.

The first promo for the 2015 Oscars was released last week, over the Christmas holiday. In the video, Harris wears a red scarf over his tuxedo and gives some last-minute tips about gifts.

The nominations for the 2015 Oscars, the most prestigious ceremony for film honors, will be revealed early on Jan. 15.

Harris recently played a stalker and lover of Rosamund Pike's character in the thriller Gone Girl, which stars Ben Affleck and which has already received nods for several high-profile award shows, including the upcoming Golden Globes, which will be handed out on Jan. 12 (check out the list of nominations), and the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, which take place on Jan. 15. (check out the list of nominations).

Harris, best known for long-running roles on the hit TV shows Doogie Howser, M.D. and How I Met Your Mother, previously hosted the Emmy Awards in 2009 and 2013 and the Tony Awards in 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2013. He won Emmys for all of his Tonys hosting gigs.

He also won a Tony himself last year, for his leading role in the Broadway rock musical Hedwig and the Angry Itch. In October, it was confirmed that Harris, a seasoned performer, is also set to host a new variety show for NBC. The premiere date has not been revealed.

As for Harris' New Year's holiday—he spent it with his adorable family—partner David Burtka and their 4-year-old twin son and daughter, Gideon and Harper, who got to go ice skating for the first time.

And as seen in a legen...wait for it...dary Twitter family pic, Harris revealed what may be a New Year's resolution of his own.

"Make 2015 your bitch!" it reads.
