She has been with Brad Pitt since 2005, but that doesn't necessarily mean Angelina Jolie's relationship with the hunky Fury actor doesn't have its ups and downs.

The Unbroken director tells the Australian Women's Weekly that married life isn't always easy, especially while raising six kids! Although she seemingly has it all, the A-list actress admits that it can be difficult, but she and Brad work on their relationship all the time.

"[Brad and I] work really hard at nurturing our family to make sure that everybody is alright and everyone stays connected," Angelina tells the magazine. "Maintaining a marriage and raising kids is hard work."

She and Brad are working on a new movie together, which often can be tough on their family because both of them want to always make sure there is someone with their kids. Always conscious of her grueling work schedule, Angelina says that she and Brad try not to let it affect their family.

"You have to really make sure that your work doesn't get in the way," she added. "That you don't do something that is going to put too much strain on your family."

The usually fiercely private Angelina also opened up to the magazine about children ShilohKnoxVivienne, MaddoxZahara and Pax. Although we're pretty sure they fight as all siblings do, Angelina describes them as a "tribe" who are "fiercely protective" of one another. And even though Brad and Angie could be partying their nights away with the rest of the Hollywood elite, often times they just prefer to be hanging out at home with their kids.

"They're six of the funniest people we have ever met in our lives," she says. "We love being home and we love being around them because they are just so entertaining."

She and Brad officially tied the knot on Aug. 23, 2014, in a secret ceremony at their French Château Miraval following a long engagement. So secret, in fact, that only 22 guests witnessed the grand event!
