No, Ariana Grande does not get carried around places, nor does she demand it, according to boyfriend Big Sean.

The 26-year-old hip-hop star made his comments in an interview with New York-based radio station Power 105.1 FM's show The Breakfast Club on Wednesday, echoing remarks Grande's rep had made last week in response to a story in a weekly magazine.

"They said she's a diva and she demands that she gets carried everywhere she goes," co-host Charlamagne Tha God said, while talking about rumors regarding the 21-year-old pop star.

"That don't even sound logical," Big Sean said. "No, man, she don't get carried. I remember I was with her one time and she got carried but it was 'cause her foot was bleeding. She busted her foot, like, you know, dancing and stuff.

When asked about the rumor again, he said, "That's ridiculous. That's ridiculous."

Over the past year, Grande posted on her Instagram page two pictures of men carrying her, bridal style. In December 2013, she shared one whose caption read, "Jones carrying me off stage. Post show ritual when my feet are broken."

Another pic was posted this past February.

"Long shoot day yesterday, couldn't walk or keep my eyes open by the time we finished," Grande said. "Gonna be a beautiful video!"

Things appear to be heating up between Big Sean and Grande, who in October confirmed the two are dating, following rumors. In recent weeks, they have since been seen packing on the PDA in Instagram pics and while performing their duet, "Best Mistake," on stage, including at the recent 2014 KIIS-FM Jingle Ball in Los Angeles.

The two met several years ago at another radio show, he said on The Breakfast Club, adding, "When I met her, it was just cool. She was like, 'You, you know I like your music.'"

"She was, like, rapping 'Gang Bang,' Big Sean said, referring to Wiz Khalifa's 2011 song, in which he is featured. "She was like, 'I know the verse.' And she started rapping it."

"So we just linked up like that," he said. "We was hanging out a little bit and just, you know, was friends over the years. But I think that's the coolest way to do it."

"I don't like her because she's a pop princess," he added. "I like her 'cause of who she is. She's cool. She brings out the best in me."

During his interview on The Breakfast Club, he also talked about another, older rumor, regarding his recent single, "I Don't F--k With You," which many people believe is about his ex-girlfriend Naya Rivera from Glee.

"I wanna state that when we came out with this song, you know what I'm saying, I was in...who people think this song is about, I vividly remember playing it for that person."

"Naya Rivera," co-host Angela Yee said.

"Yeah," Big Sean replied. "So the point is, thought, it wasn't no 'diss' song, you know what I mean? Obviously, it just fit the situation."

Big Sean had said in on the KIIS-FM radio show On Air With Ryan Seacrest in September that he wrote the song when he was with Rivera.

"It feels good as an anthem and, you know, I did go back and change a couple of lines, probably," he said on The Breakfast Show. "That's just the responsibility of the artist, I rap what I go through."
