If you've been paying attention to the pics from the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, then you're fully aware that the stunning models who grace the catwalk are in serious shape.
Of course, Behati Prinsloo is no exception, amping up her workouts weeks before the show, so when she stopped by E! News on Monday (be sure to tune in to the full interview tonight!), we had to get the scoop on Adam Levine's wife's workout routine (oh, and in case there was ever any question: yes, she is even prettier in person).
"I mean I feel like everyone stepped it up this year so much with their workout," she says of her fellow Angels, who have all been busying SoulCycling, attending BalletBeautiful classes and even logging in boxing time at the gym to prepare to strut their stuff in skimpy lingerie. "Me, too, I was in California two weeks before the show so it was kind of my first time being here preparing for it and it made it really fun."
Prinsloo, who wed her rocker hubby in July, will open the show this year (it's her 8th VS fashion show!), and the 25-year-old stunner made sure to be in tip-top shape because, as Adriana Lima previously said "it is a lingerie show and aired in 180 countries in high definition, you need to look your best."
"I worked out with Harley Pasternak," the supermodel shared of the celebrity trainer, who has previously worked with stars such as Kim Kardashian, as well as Heidi Klum. "And he really kicked my ass into some serious shape…I feel like every single girl was just really on it for the whole time. I worked out. I ate really healthy."
During her time in studio, Prinsloo also spilled on the filming for her hubby's recent music video, which saw Levine and his bandmates crashing a real wedding in Los Angeles this weekend! "It was so amazing," she said (tune in tonight to get the full scoop!).
The Namibian-born beauty, who became an official Angel in 2009, is beyond excited for the show to finally air, admitting she had a blast with all the fellow models.
"I'm so excited. The show was such a success…all the girls flew together," she said of the annual event which airs tomorrow at 10 p.m. ET on CBS. "It was such an event, it was such a thing, it made it so exciting to be with everybody the whole time."
