And one week after turning 34, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is looking fab in a series of new selfies. As it turns out, she has quite the product to thank.
"I'm really obsessed with waist training!" she wrote on Instagram. "Thank you@PreMadonna87 for my new waist shapers! #whatsawaist"
So what is this product that's clearly working in Mrs. Kanye West's favor? According to the company's website, the items "instantly" make consumers "look 2-3 sizes slimmer" and can help "feel your self-confidence grow." Pretty impressive, right?
And although the proud mom is still taking plenty of trips to the gym on a weekly basis, a little extra help is totally understandable.
Speaking of the gym, Kim's sister Khloé Kardashian has made the sweaty destination her second home as she continues to work on her physical health.
While celebrating her birthday at Tao nightclub at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Kim gushed about her sister's work ethic in the gym.
"She has her own routine," she told E! News. "She likes to do her thing and she's like on a mission when she's there."
And when asked if she needs any extra help from her sisters, Kim assured us that's she doing a-okay by herself.
"Khloe actually likes to go to the gym by herself," she shared. "She likes to go solo."
