Never a good word to hear during rehearsals? "Ouch."
But that's exactly what pro dancer Witney Carson repeatedly says in this exclusive sneak peek inside her rehearsals for Dancing With the Stars with celeb partner Alfonso Ribeiro.
While the couple is one of the ABC reality hit's frontrunners to win the mirrorball trophy, Witney injured her back during dress rehearsals on Monday, and almost wasn't able to perform. She and Alfonso went on to receive the highest score of the night, but they are definitely paying for it now.
"I honestly thought that one of my ribs had popped out of place," Witney says in the exclusive video above. "That's how bad the pain was."
And it's clear that Witney is still in a lot of pain, barely able to move during their rehearsal for next week's Halloween-themed episode. "My back is really killing me now," she says after attempting a few simple moves. Ruh-roh!

As if Witney's back injury isn't enough of a hurdle for the duo to contend with, Alfonso is also nursing a groin injury with The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star telling E! News he was in "a lot of pain" after Monday's show.
