American Horror Story Freak Show is making all your dreams (even the ones you didn't know you had) come true: Murderous, terrifying clowns on a weekly basis? Check. Patti LaBelle dressed as Woody Woodpecker doing the laugh? Check. Jessica Lange singing Lana Del Ray? Check.

In the recent Halloween episode of Freak Show—titled "Edward Mordrake Part 1"—the Emmy winner sings "Gods and Monsters" off Del Ray's 2012 record "Born to Die." Yes, the show is set in 1952 and the lyrics reference Jim Morrison. Just go with it.

"I really wanted to do an homage to my friend and idol Baz Luhrmann," Ryan Murphy told E! News at the Freak Show premiere, "who does such amazing things with music and period. We didn't want to do Happy Days, we didn't want to do all '50s music. So, what we did was, we decided to do musical numbers when they're needed, not all the time, that feature artists who have identified as odd, different freaks, that felt like outcasts. We did Lana Del ReyKurt CobainDavid Bowie. People who I admire who really changed the landscape of music, based on them feeling like outsiders."

In the premiere, Lange's character Elsa Mars sang Bowie's "Life On Mars?" Her recent performance of "Gods and Monsters" brought the freak show legend Edward Mordrake to terrorize Elsa's troupe. Legend has it that if a "freak" performs on Halloween, Edward Mordrake (Wes Bentley) will come and kill somebody. So, we hope you enjoyed that Lana Del Rey song because it may cost one of your favorite characters their life.

American Horror Story: Freak Show airs Wednesdays, 10 p.m. on FX.
