News flash: Ashley Greene is gorgeous.

Wearing a form-fitting, blue cut-out mini dress, the beautiful actress flashes her killer smile as she crouches down on the cover of the November issue for Women's Health next to the words "Next Level Sexy," and yes, we'd say that's pretty appropriate.

It's no secret that the 27-year-old's body is on point, and she credits her great physique to maintaining a healthy lifestyle by staying active and watching what she eats.

"I grew up in Jacksonville, Fla., on the beach we always had water around us. I actually grew up the first 14 years of my life in Middleburg, Fla., and we grew up on dirt roads and my dad built our house," Greene told the mag. "My neighbor had horses. I got to have a little bit of that lifestyle and enjoy nature. We went outside to entertain ourselves and play. I was selling mud pies and playing football with my brother."

She continued, "My brother is a year and a half older, so I was a tomboy as a result of us being so close. It's transferred over to my adult life. I think being athletic as a child and always being competitive in sports and martial arts definitely transferred over to my adult life. Now for me it really is this kind of lifestyle choice. I feel like I really need to be outside. I need to have nature. We go up to Big Bear all the time because it's such a different world than it is being in the midst of everything."

As for her diet, the Twilight star keeps it healthy...for the most part. Greene does admit that she has a couple guilty pleasures when it comes to tasty treats, but her biggest kryptonite might surprise you.

"I try to eat relatively clean. That being said, part of the benefit of being active is that I kind of can eat whatever I want from time to time. Before photo shoots, I have to cut back on the sodium. I'm not really a sweets person, but I love pickles. They're always sitting in my fridge," she said.

"I was talking to my friend, I was like, ‘I don't have a problem with anything else, but I really just want to eat one of those pickles and I can't do it.' I'm probably going to have one tonight. Pinkberry has this new peach flavor. I'm pretty sure I ate the whole tub of it. And Cheese-It's. I can't keep them in the house because I love them."

Don't worry, Ashley, you're not alone.
