Bravo, Selena Gomez!

The 22-year-old singer and actress brought joy to dozens of sick kids Wednesday afternoon when she paid a visit to Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

"Selena took the time to stop and visit with each one, hear their stories, give hugs, share laughs and provide encouragement," the hospital said in a statement to E! News. "It was a much-needed lift for these children and their families during an incredibly difficult time."

Gomez revealed just a few of the brave fighters she met during her visit.

Sporting a "Team Connor" bracelet in honor of a patient, the singer posed for photos with kids near their hospital beds. She even referred to one of her new friends as a "princess." So sweet!

"We are so grateful for genuine kindness and compassion for our patients, families and the staff who care for them," the hospital shared after the pop star's visit.

This isn't the first time Gomez has made the difference at a children's hospital.

The former Wizards of Waverly Place star currently serves as a Celebrity Ambassador for the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.

The organization creates Seacrest Studios within pediatric hospitals so patients can explore the creative realms of radio and television. Gomez has made time to visit many of the studios including one at Children's Medical Center of Dallas.

No matter where she goes, the organizations seem to feel plenty of gratitude.

"Thank you for visiting and spending a special moment with our kids!" Children's Hospital LA tweeted. "RT @selenagomez: Spending time with @ChildrensLA :)"
