Alyssa Milano is separating from Mistresses. Yep, the ABC drama will be down one leading lady when it returns for its recently announced season three.

The former Charmed star shared the news on social media, posting to both Facebook and Twitter.

"After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of Mistresses in Vancouver, Canada, for financial reasons. It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate," Milano wrote. "I have two babies under 4. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away. I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best."

Milano starred in the nighttime soap as lawyer Savannah "Savi" Davis. The cast also includes Rochelle Aytes, Lost's Yunjin Kim, Jess Macallan, Jason George and Brett Tucker.

Mistresses season two ended with Savi about to see her ex-husband Harry (Tucker) and sister Joss (Macallan) in the throes of a passionate moment.

The summer series kicked off in June 2013 with season two following this past summer. The show has hovered around 4 million viewers basically its entire run. Its September 2014 finale had 3.7 million viewers and a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
