Make way for the soon-to-be Mrs. George Clooney

Amal Alamuddin touched down in Milan, Italy, today in anticipation of her impending nuptials to the Oscar-winning actor. The Beirut-born London lawyer flew from London with her mother, Baria, on Thursday and arrived at the Italian airport looking impeccably travel chic.

The 36-year-old bride-to-be flashed a smile for the cameras while carrying a large amount of luggage through the terminal, including an oversize hat box, a garment bag and a heavy piece of baggage, presumably packing all her favorite pieces as she prepares to say I-do.

Alamuddin stunned in a casual ensemble, sporting black skinny jeans, a florescent yellow tee, a black jacket and silver oxford flats. She flashed her favorite accessory—her diamond engagement ring—and wore her brunette locks in bouncy waves, reminiscent of Kate Middleton's voluminous curls.

Meanwhile, the couple, who have been engaged since April and are expected to wed in Venice (as Clooney himself confirmed!), are finally nearing their big day.

While there has been a slew of growing speculation surrounding the upcoming event, local Italian media Corriere della Sera most recently claimed that the three-day celebration will conclude with a ceremony at Ca'Fersetti, a stunning 14th century estate on the Grand Canal, and that the two will be married by Walter Veltroni, the former mayor of Rome.

Guests of Alamuddin and Clooney are reportedly set to stay at the nearby Hotel Aman, where suites can run up to $5,180 a night.

As for the famous faces who will be attending? BonoEllen BarkinSandra Bullock, Matt Damon, Brad Bitt, and Julia Roberts' names have all surfaced as possible guests, however, E! News can report that Roberts will not be making an appearance.

But as the rumor mill continues to churn, one things certain when it comes to these two lovebirds: Clooney is madly in love with his fiancée. "I met my lovely bride-to-be here in Italy, who I will be marrying in a couple of weeks in Venice, of all places," the A-lister told the audience at a recent charity event. "Amal, I love you to death and I cannot wait to become your husband."
