When the new season of The Biggest Loser premieres this Thursday, viewers will see some new trainers in addition to new contestants.

The contestants—20 former athletes, including NFL players and Olympic gold medalists—will work with new trainers Jessie Pavelka and Jennifer Widerstrom, as well as veteran trainers Dolvett Quince and Bob Harper for The Biggest Loser: Glory Days, and E! News has your exclusive first look at new trainer Pavelka in action.

Check out our sneak peek below of Pavelka's emotional heart-to-heart with contestant and three-time Olympic gold medalist Lori Harrigan-Mack after he decides to find out why she put in an "emotional" and "lifeless" workout earlier that day.

Looks like the new trainer isn't afraid to get real with the contestants.

Veteran Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels exited the show back in June after contestant Rachel Fredrickson took home the top honors in season 15 of the series, but shocked viewers—and the trainers—with her drastic weight loss. "She wasn't happy with how last season went. The shocking weight loss of Rachel doesn't do the brand any favors and she wants to distance her name from it," a source told E! News.

Alison Sweeney will return as host.

The Biggest Loser: Glory Days premieres Sept. 11 at 8 p.m. on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
