Kristin Cavallari welcomed Baby No. 2 May, but is she already prepping for Baby No. 3?

In the past, E!'s Fabulist co-host has said she wants to have a large family with husband Jay Cutler. In Michigan Avenue's Fall Fashion issue, however, Cavallari jokes, "I think I said that before I had any kids!"

In all seriousness, "It's great," she tells the magazine. "Before we had children, Jay and I both wanted four, and now we're thinking three, but we're just going to have to see how it goes. Right now the last thing on my mind is having another baby, but it is a ton of fun. We love having kids; Camden is going to be 2 in August, and it's such a fun age. He's just starting to talk, and he makes us laugh every single day."

Cavallari, who's also mom to son Jax, adds, "I do think we'll end up having another one, but then we're done. It's a lot of work, and being pregnant for a full nine months isn't the best thing in the world."

What has the former MTV reality star learned about parenthood since Camden's birth?

"It's a lot easier in the sense that you know what to do and expect, so you have a lot more confidence. But you have zero time to yourself now," says Cavallari, whose family is based in the Chicago suburbs. "Camden takes a nap at 1 o'clock, so when Camden's going down, Jax is just waking up to eat and play, so there's literally no time. But it's amazing and really sweet seeing Camden love being a big brother."

Cavallari, 27, is more confident in her childrearing skills, too. "You're definitely more relaxed with the second one because you're not stressed out by questioning everything that you're doing," she explains.

Cutler isn't just a leader on the football field. The Chicago Bears quarterback, 31, is also an all-star at home. "Jay is a great dad," his wife gushes. "He's incredibly hands-on, and he has been since day one."

"It's so sweet seeing him with Camden and Jax," Cavallari tells Michigan Avenue, "and there's nothing sexier than seeing your husband as a great dad. I couldn't ask for a better partner in this situation."
