The Twilight actress and Vampire Diaries hunk reunited at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards Sunday night in Los Angeles.
The rumored couple, however, decided to avoid taking pictures together. Instead, Somerhalder opted to pose for a few pictures before meeting up with Reed again.
To his credit, the 35-year-old looked like a true hunk as he showed off his impressive guns in a tight short sleeve T-shirt with denim jeans. Perfect for a blue carpet wouldn't you say?
[Nikki and Ian are] smitten with each other and love spending time together," an insider recently dished to E! News. And although the stars are still getting to know each other, the source assures fans that the duo are indeed heating up.
Romance rumors between the two started last month when Somerhalder was caught affectionately touching Reed's neck while giving her a kiss on the head.
Since then, the duo has been spotted shopping at farmers markets, jogging with their dogs, and now, walking on a red carpet.
