Yes the giant tulle layer on The Honorable Woman star's dress technically sits under her right hip, but that whole zone is way too close for comfort. Designer Zuhair Murad must have known that bubble butt would be a potential side effect.
But even without that tuft on the tush, this design it a tad too crazy for our tastes. The psychedelic patterns are dizzying and the color combo isn't exactly summer-friendly. We always love an asymmetrical neckline and this one flatters the fit celeb's shoulders beautifully, but it's not enough to make up for that extra junk too close to the trunk.
