Selena Gomez had unexpected guests during a get-together at her Los Angeles area home last night: the police.

E! News can confirm that authorities were called to the singer's house after they received a noise complaint.

Deputies arrived at Gomez's pad around 10:30 p.m. where individuals were "very cooperative" during the visit.

We're also told that music was then turned down and it "was a non-event."

And just this morning, the "Come & Get It" singer posted a snapshot from last night's gathering on Instagram.

"Tacos, live music and candles…such a beautiful night with beautiful people," she wrote as a caption.

The black-and-white photo has a bird's eye view of a living room setting showing several people playing instruments—including one person playing on a white piano—with about five others sitting on the floor and watching.

Seems like a low-key evening, right?!

A source tells us that around 20 people were at Gomez's home in total and that it was "not a rager."

"The music may have gotten a little too loud because it was two guys performing and there were speakers, but it definitely wasn't some out of control party."

Gomez certainly didn't stay at home the night before, as she was spotted reuniting with Justin Bieber in honor fo their mutual friend ‘s birthday.

The two were spotted getting close and dancing together on Monday night at Hollywood hot spot Bootsy Bellows.

An insider told E! News at the time that they could overhear the famous duo telling people they were back together as a couple.

They held hands and showed some PDA, but didn't engage in any over-the-top making out or kissing.

The two barely left each others' sides the entire evening and were spotted leaving together at the end of the night.
