Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are secretly selling their London home, E! News has learned.

The uncoupled duo hasn't listed their mainstay on the market just yet, however, and only serious buyers have been able to see the gorgeous property.

According to our insider, the beautiful Belsize Park mansion has been on the private market for 18 months.

The two originally joined three properties (one of which was previously owned by Kate Winslet) in order to create their expansive abode.

The real estate news comes on the heels of Paltrow and Martin's announcement that they were separating earlier this week.

In their March 25 statement, the exes said, "We have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than ever. We are parents first and foremost to two wonderful children."

Interestingly, the Oscar-winning actress and the Coldplay frontman just purchased a $14 million dollar sprawling estate in Malibu.

The 3,650 square foot home includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and features ocean views, a landscaped garden, pebble stone pool, tennis court, and gym.

And of course the expansive digs also come complete with a yoga studio and chef's kitchen—so it's Goop approved, after all!
