Justin Bieber is back in Miami today to be questioned regarding a civil suit filed against him by a photographer who claims he was assaulted by one of the singer's security guards.

Jeffery Binion alleges that the Biebs' guard Hugo Hesny got physical with him based on the "Beauty and a Beat" singer's orders last June outside of a North Miami recording studio.

The 20-year-old pop star is due to give a deposition all day at the Universal Court Reporting offices, which are located across the street from the main Miami-Date Courthouse.

Two previous attempts have been made by Binion's attorneys to depose Bieber.

Court proceedings were supposed to take place in Los Angeles back in January, however, Justin was arrested in Miami that morning and charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with an expired license and resisting arrest without violence.

Biebs has since plead not guilty to the charges stemming from the aforementioned incident.

Bieber's videotaped deposition was scheduled to take place at 10 a.m.

According to the original complaint, Binion was allegedly confronted and attacked by four members of Bieber's security team, led by Hesny, who is not licensed by the State of Florida to work as a bodyguard and does not hold a concealed weapons carrying permit as required by Florida law.

Binion claimed Hesny threw him against a wall, choked him and threatened him with a gun in an effort to remove the film card from his camera. The plaintiff suffered throat injuries and filed a police report.
