Daphne Oz is a mom!

The Chew co-host and her husband John Jovanovic became the proud parents of a baby girl, her rep confirms to E! News. The tiny new addition was born at 10:03 p.m. on Wednesday, weighing in at 6 lbs., 13 oz. and measuring 20.5 inches long.

The couple is not releasing the name of their daughter at this time.

"My daughter @DaphneOz delivered her first child! I'm holding my beautiful granddaughter now. Thank you for all the well-wishes & prayers!" Dr. Mehmet Oz tweeted on Thursday morning.

This is the first child for the 28-year-old and her investment fund analyst hubby. The baby girl is also the first grandchild for the heart surgeon turned syndicated talk-show host and his wife, Lisa.

"Mom and baby are doing very well. We feel so blessed," the new dad told People, which was first to report the exciting baby news.

Oz announced that she was pregnant during the taping of the ABC show's season premiere in September.

The reveal began as Oz, along with her fellow Chew co-hosts Clinton Kelly, Mario Batali, Carla Hall and Michael Symon, started chatting about their summer vacations. When it was Oz's turn, she spoke about a trip to Italy and France she took with her husband. Instead of showing photographs from her vacation, she pulled out a strip of sonogram images.

Congrats to the family!
