Emmy Rossum Naked on Shameless: I Don't Worry About Cellulite

Actress says it's easy to strip down for the cameras

Hello, Emmy Rossum!

The Shameless star stunned at the Bulgari Decades of Glamour party at Soho House in a blue J. Mendel wrap dress with a plunging neckline.

"I was a little nervous," she said of the nip slip potential, before cracking, "I don't even want to sneeze. You might see my ovaries."

Rossum is used to showing some skin, "but not as me," she said. "Being naked in character is very easy because it's just playing pretend. You're someone else. You don't feel like yourself."

So much so that Rossum doesn't worry about squeezing in a body-tightening workout before she strips for the cameras. "Not at all," she said. "You got to be in character. You can't think about cellulite."

Naked or not, Shameless isn't always easy to leave at work. "It's getting real dark," Rossum said. "Not much funny happening this year...I can't leave it at work. I mean, I try to kind of shrug it off and shake it off in the car ride home, but it's never that easy."

Meanwhile, Rossum will be glamming it up on Oscar night—eventually.

"I'll eat, watch it in my pajamas and then go to Vanity Fair," she said. "It's like the best of everything."

Rossum says she's "pretty sold" on one of the two or three dresses she's considering to wear on Sunday. She said, "I feel really good about my choice so far."

And she's not scared to face the fashion critics. "I don't care about that." Rossum said. "I just pick something that makes me feel good and if nobody else like it then there's always next year."
