Johnny Depp, dressed in a very detailed navy suit, was present at the 3 Days to Kill film premiere in Los Angeles tonight to support his fiancée Amber Heard, who looked absolutely stunning in a long sleeve dress with a deep-V neckline and high slit. The actress topped off her look by sweeping her tresses off to one side, popping a bright red lip and strutting the gigantic diamond ring on that finger.
In the film, Heard plays Vivi Delay, a sexy FBI agent who has no problem killing, and told E! News that shooting people in the movie is "a perk of the job."
"I would rather shoot the gun and save the girl or save the guy or be hated than be cute, sweet and adorable and loved," she said. "It's way more fun. It's always more fun to play a badass. I always fight for those characters."
And that's why you don't see Heard jumping into any movie that comes her way. "I only make a few movies a year because for every one that I take, I've said no thanks to many romantic movies where I bat my eyelashes and catch the bouquet," she said.
She clearly leaves all the romance for her personal life.
Heard met her future husband on the set of 2011's The Rum Diary. Since the private pair began dating in 2012, they've made few public appearances together.
Even so, the engaged actors "are very close," the source says. "They have been very involved in each other's lives for some time now, introducing each other to their family and friends. Amber has introduced Johnny to her friends and vice versa."
