Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) has never met a quip he didn't love.

The Vampire Diaries' ultimate bad boy is just as known for his sarcastic one-liners as he is for his many, many kills (oh, so many kills) throughout the CW hit's epic 100 episode-run.

To celebrate the series reaching the major milestone, we've been bringing you exclusive interviews from the Atlanta set all week, and today we've got Mr. Smolderhalder (What, that's totally his name, right?!) dishing on his favorite scene from The Vampire Diaries.

Plus, we've picked our all-time favorite Damon one-liners, and trust us, it was no easy task...and our stomachs are totally killing us from all the laughing our research caused.

Watch: Ian Somerhalder on "Vampire Diaries" 100th

Before doppelgangers, hybrids and ghosts, The Vampire Diaries was just about Mystic Falls, a small town in Virginia, and its inhabitants whose lives were turned upside down when a handsome vampire enrolled at the local high school. Somerhalder tells E! News that the series' first season was actually his favorite.

"This is why I don't think I would be successful in television writing; because for me our show was at its peak in the first five episodes of season one," he explains. "You saw this budding thing between Damon and Elena, and you had the brother and you had Vicki and Matt, you had all these different components that were just like, wow, this is really the story of this town. It had nothing to do with vampires and it was so cool because a really big thing was Stefan telling Elena he was a vampire. Now to get the same effect, we have to blow cars and buildings up."

So it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that Somerhalder's favorite scene comes from The Vampire Diaries' earlier run of episodes. "My favorite scene was Damon turning Vicki into a vampire and they're dancing all around. It's also never bad having Kayla Ewell in her underwear," he spills.

Our favorite Damon one-liners

"Listen, how I got this amazing body has nothing to do with science."

"That's for me to know and for you to dot...dot...dot..."

"Elena's only goal is to end Katherine's life. That isn't gonna magically go away with Pilates and a juice cleanse."

"Stefan is different. He wants to be human. He wants to feel every episode of How I Met Your Mother."

"I have two liters of soccer mom in the fridge. No? Give my regards to the squirrels."

"It's very Emerson, the way you reveal your soul. So many adjectives."

"We're a team. We could travel the world together! We could try out for The Amazing Race."

"I'm at the Sizzler. I had the buffet."

"Little mid-service snack. Church always gets me hungry. You know, whole blood of Christ thing."

"Next time we compel him, we need to make him better at baseball."

"Dear Diary, a chipmunk asked me my name today. I told him it was Joe. That lie will haunt me forever."

"There's no such thing as a bad idea. Only poorly executed awesome ones."

"This is John Varvatos, dude. Dick move."
