Ke$ha may not be able to speak directly with her fans, but the singer is still finding a way to communicate with her loyal animals.

The 26-year-old star's pal took to Ke$ha's verified Twitter account in order to send a tweet on the performer's behalf while the pop star is currently receiving treatment for an eating disorder in rehab.

"This is Kesha's friend. She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn't have access to twitter right now," Ke$ha's friend posted Tuesday, Jan. 21. "she says "THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I'm overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I'll be back soon and better than ever."

The "Timber" beauty entered rehab for an eating disorder on Friday, Jan. 3, telling E! News in a statement, "I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder...to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am."

She is reportedly receiving treatment at Timberline Knolls rehab center, the same location where Demi Lovato went in 2010.

Shortly after Ke$ha entered treatment, her mother blamed the singer's advisors for her recent struggles, claiming members of Ke$ha's camp, including her producer Dr. Luke, put enormous amounts of pressure on the pop star to lose weight.

"Dr. Luke had been telling her how she had to get in shape and lose weight and all this stuff. She was exercising and dieting and ultimately doing everything she could, but not getting thin fast enough," the singer's mother, Pebe Sebert told People magazine. "And that's when she first became bulimic."

Sebert shared that just before the holidays, Ke$ha had a breakdown and confessed what was going on, telling the mag that the singer "called me from the gas station after she'd thrown up everything, and admitted how much she'd been doing it."

However, a rep for Dr. Luke told People, "These statements and allegations concerning Dr. Luke are completely false. It is unfortunate that at a time Ke$ha is suffering immensely and trying to heal at a treatment center, her mother is taking this approach with the media. I give Ke$ha my utmost support and well wishes for a quick return to health."

Just two days after Sebert spoke out against Ke$ha's advisors, Pebe herself entered the same Chicago-area rehab facility as her daughter.

"I'm checking myself into Timberline Knolls today for post-traumatic stress disorder, at Ke$ha's urging," the 57-year-old said in a statement People on Saturday, Jan. 11.

Glad to hear Ke$ha is doing better. We wish both mom and daughter all the best.
