Kelly Osbourne won't be settling down with Matthew Mosshart after all.

The pair have called off their engagement, a rep for Osbourne confirmed to E! News Wednesday.

"The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another," the rep said in a statement. "Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."

Mosshart, a vegan chef, proposed last summer while they were vacationing in Anguilla and the pair announced their intention to tie the knot in July.

Kelly was still wearing her engagement ring on recent new episodes of Fashion Police, but those taped before the winter holidays.

She and Mosshart were last photographed together in public Dec. 12 at the amFAR Inspiration Gala in Hollywood.

The 29-year-old star hinted at something being amiss earlier today, tweeting, "its all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!"

Us Weekly was first to report the breakup news.
