The Friends costars looked carefree as they enjoyed some quality pool time, while showing off their enviable and amazing bikini bodies.
The good pals both opted for purple swimwear as they reclined on a private sundeck, Cox selecting a darker plum two-piece while Aniston went with lavender.
Aniston's fiancé, Justin Theroux, joined the actresses and went shirtless, showing off his toned abs and tattoos.
The 42-year-old actor sported dark gray shorts with a black belt and was spotted sunbathing with his ladylove.
The engaged duo also wore matching aviators while they worked on their tans.
As always, it is a star-studded crowd during Aniston and Theroux's post-Christmas trip. This year, Cox, as well as Jimmy Kimmel and Howard Stern, and their wives Molly McNearney and Beth Ostrosky, join Aniston and Theroux.
The married couples walked around the beach on Saturday, the funnymen sharing a laugh while Ostrosky had some fun playing with McNearney's sarong.
The celebrity group is all staying at the same resort as the celebrate the New Year and ring in 2014.
Aniston and Theroux were photographed arriving on Friday, Dec. 27 in Mexico, a traditional destination for the duo this time of year.
The couple seemed "happy, relaxed and looking forward to their break," according to a source.
Before jetting out of Los Angeles, the pair celebrated Christmas with some of Theroux's family, including his mom, at their recently renovated home in Bel Air, another source reveals to E! News.
