InstagramJaime King and Kyle Newman have given a few glimpses of their baby boy since his Oct. 6 arrival, but the Hart of Dixie actress waited nearly two months to share the first picture of her son's face with fans.
"Welcome to the world our son James-Knight Newman! @kyle_newman and I have been filled with joy since we have been blessed with his birth," she wrote in an Instagram caption on Monday, Dec. 2. "We love you!"
"Couldn't be any luckier," Newman echoed. "Love my family."
Married since Nov. 23, 2007, the TV star and the filmmaker asked Jessica Alba and Topher Grace to be their son's godparents. King revealed the news via Instagram on Nov. 24. "Thank you for being there for us and the love of our lives," the former model told the actors, who costarred in the 2010 movie Valentine's Day.
King, 34, resumed filming Season 3 of The CW's Hart of Dixie on Monday, Dec. 2. Her hubby, meanwhile, is currently directing the movie Barely Lethal in Georgia. The film features Alba, Hailee Steinfeld, Samuel L. Jackson, Dove Cameron, Thomas Mann, Sophie Turner and Gabe Basso.
