Miley Cyrus wore clothes, y'all!

The often naked singer performed her hit song "Wrecking Ball" on The X Factor U.K. Sunday, Nov. 17, wearing a black turban from Brick Lane St. and a full-length, slinky gold Marc Jacobs dress.

There were no twerking teddy bears or dancing little people sharing the stage with Ms. Cyrus, but she did climb down a giant mountain of sand as a video of buildings exploding played behind her. Her dialed-down performance, while slightly atypical for Miley, received a standing ovation from the audience.

VIDEO: Miley covered up in Germany, too!

The 20-year-old singer wasn't feeling her best, though. The day before she tweeted she was "sicky," but she powered through Sunday's performance. Some twit-critics didn't seem to take this into account and criticized her "Wrecking Ball" vocals.

Miley seemed to take notice, tweeting after the show, "damned if you do damned if you don't." And on Monday, she let fans know she was on "vocal rest" and noshing on some sort of Chanel pastry for breakfast.

Hopefully Miley feels back to normal quickly! She turns 21 on Saturday, Nov. 23, and the very next day she's performing at the 2013 AMAs!

Let's just hope she livetweets everything birthday, backstage and beyond.
