Forget touring the districts of Panem. Josh Hutcherson would rather walk around the 16th arrondissement.

Hours before he attended The Hunger Games: Catching Fire's big premiere Friday night in Paris, the 21-year-old actor looked to be having a love affair with the City of Lights as he was spotted sightseeing with friends at the Trocadero, just a stone's throw away from the Eifel Tower.

Wearing jeans and a slick grey jacket over a red t-shirt and button down shirt, Hutcherson and his pals ambled by a fountain on the Trocadero esplanade near the Palais de Chaillot and the gardens on what was a mostly cloudy, balmy Parisian day.

On Monday, Josh and fellow Hunger Games cast members Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth turned up for the world premiere of the blockbuster sequel in London where they goofed around on the red carpet.

Speaking about the latest installment, Hutcherson told E! News recently that he had to wear a wetsuit for much of the production while he reprised his role as Peeta Mellark, something he wasn't so thrilled about.

"Honestly, I was expecting them to be horrible because the idea of being in a wetsuit for a whole movie sounds terrifying," he said.

No doubt, he'd rather be in Paris. Catching Fire opens in theaters on Nov. 22.
