Some people quit their job with a mic drop. This woman left with a full-on dance party.

25-year-old writer Marina Shifrin works worked for Next Media Animation in Taiwan and, as she explains, "For almost two years I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job."

Though she claims that the company is "awesome," she continues, "My boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets...I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content."

Also, according to The Huffington Post, she didn't get a lunch break.

So she quit. With one last video—one that featured her dancing to Kanye West in the empty offices at 4:30 a.m. Who knew tendering your resignation could be so festive?

What's next for Marina? "I basically left myself no choice but to pursue jobs at creative companies that are willing to take risks," she told the New York Daily News. "I think if you understand the humor and the innocence behind the video, you understand my type of comedy."

As for what inspired her to quit via viral video in the first place, it's a bit ironic: "I figured, I'd make ONE video of my own," she writes. "To focus on the content instead of worrying about views."

Well, it has nearly 5 million views. Your old boss would be proud.

(But he is probably just sad now. That's a lot of views!)

Next Media Animation later responded with a dance video of their own, wishing Marina well and announcing that...they're hiring! Also, that their office has a pool!
