If there's one thing Kelly Osbourne knows for sure—that Miley Cyrus isn't putting on some act just for attention.

"This is something that George from Fashion Police can attest to because he met her for the first time and goes, 'Wow, she's exactly how you would imagine her to be and how she portrays herself to be,'" Osbourne said at British Airways' launch party for its new Airbus A380. "And that's the truth."

Cyrus told Rolling Stone magazine said she doesn't care what the critics have to say about her recent performances and other musical endeavors.

"If you don't like it then piss off," Osbourne said, adding, "She's a young woman who is just expressing herself."

That doesn't mean Osbourne likes everything the "Wrecking Ball" popstar does.

"This outfit Lady Gaga wore to the Grammy's three years ago when she came out of an egg," Osbourne said on Fashion Police about the former Hannah Montana's now infamous MTV VMAs performance. "It's not that original but I do appreciate its reminiscent of the 'Blurred Lines' music video. It's just...Miley's my friend and I love her, and I have her back no matter what, but as her friend I'm going to tell her: 'Put your f--king tongue in your mouth. I love you, but just put your tongue in your mouth.'"
