Justin Bieber's boys' night out in NYC last night turned into something of a girls' night out thanks to 30 adoring female fans!

The 19-year-old singer hit Serafina restaurant on East 61st St. yesterday for a late supper with some pals, and it wasn't long before a crowd gathered outside the eatery. It's believed they followed his caravan of SUVs from the nearby Four Seasons hotel.

"He arrived around 11 p.m. with four friends and about five bodyguards," a fellow diner exclusively tells E! News, adding that the group of female fans "gathered on the sidewalk outside the restaurant, just waiting patiently for him."

Inside, Bieber and his posse were ushered to a private room where various pasta dishes were seen being taken in from the kitchen. "He left at around 12:30," the diner says. "When he did, the group of fans went nuts and started storming his car."

But instead of driving off into the night, Justin decided to stay for an impromptu meet and greet.

"He rolled down the window and started signing autographs and talking to fans," the restaurant goer says. "It was so nice of him and the girls were just going crazy, screaming and crying. Even one of the mothers who was there with her daughter couldn't get over it. We heard her say, ‘My God, this is a miracle, we waited six hours for this.'"

The emotional autograph session was interrupted by—what else?—New York City traffic. "A truck needed to get by and so Justin's car had to move," the diner adds. "So they drove away. But not before seriously making a group of his fans very, very happy."
