They're back!

Kate Middleton and Prince William's look-alikes are back to their usual hijinks. The two pranksters were snapped in a faux photo shoot with the royal baby (whom they predict is a boy!) and Queen Elizabeth II.

The fake Kate appeared in a navy lace dress as she held up her newborn son. The baby, who was only wearing a diaper and a blue crown, smiled on as his great-grandmother reached out to carry him.

Meanwhile, Will's look-alike smiled for the cameras and wore a blue shirt that perfectly matched his son's royal headpiece.

This isn't the first time the faux couple has posed for a fantasy shoot.

Just weeks ago, the almost identical duo reenacted what preparing for the big delivery would be like.

The first shot showed a very pregnant Kate decorating her nursery with her mother-in-law and hubby.

Looking lovely in a classy blue dress reminiscent of the duchess' style, "Kate" cradled her bump, while her husband and the queen gazed at the white (gender-neutral!) crib. Even the fake Wills and Kate didn't know the baby's sex until its birth!

The nursery appeared to be adorned with elegant curtains and there were a variety of stuffed animals in the crib, which also had a butterfly baby mobile to ensure the bundle of joy is as comfortable as can be.

In the second photo, "Kate" was seen getting an ultrasound, with a sonogram image of the royal baby's face crystal clear for all to see. She fondly touched the pic of her child and smiled with excitement, exactly how we imagined Middleton's top secret checkup at the doctor's early last week.

We can't wait to see the real deal!
